Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Securely
Place the jewelry in its original luxury packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the provided return label.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend obtaining a receipt for your tracking records.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our gemologists will inspect the item. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
